Worthington Dog Park
.Maximum of two dogs per handler. Dog handlers must be 18 years or older.
.Children under 12 are not permitted. There is no exception to allowing children less than 12 years of age into the park. It is not safe for the child, nor for any owner of any dog that is there. Dogs can and will get rough and we've had adults get injured at the park.
.Any dog showing aggression towards people or other dogs must be immediately leashed and removed. Dogs have different style of play. It is important to know your dog's style and be sensitive to other dogs and their owners. Always watch your dog closely and be prepared to intervene if your dog's play is making other dogs and their owners uncomfortable.
.Dog handlers must pick up animal waste. You are required to pick up and properly dispose of your dog's feces. This is not someone else's job, it is your job!
.Smoking and eating are not permitted. No dog treats or training treats are allowed.
.Glass containers for water are prohibited.
.All dogs must be licensed and vaccinated and handlers shall have proof of each.

.Dog handlers must remain in the off leash area and maintain sight of their dogs as well as voice-command control.
.Dogs in heat are not permitted.
.Dogs less than 4 months of age are not allowed.
.No animals other than dogs are permitted.
.Professional trainers and groomers may not conduct business in the off leash area.
.Dog handlers must keep their dog(s) from digging in or around the area and must fill in any holes that their dog(s) create.
.Dog handlers must immediately render first aid if their dog(s) are injured while at the park or leave the park to do at home after speaking with the Park Monitor. The dog handler must notify other dog handlers if they suspect that their dog has caused any injuries.
